FACE LIT SIGNS
- For the metal components of face lit signs, we can use many different types of metals to create your signs, such as Aluminum, Copper, Brass and Stainless Steel. If your location is near the sea, we will use 316 stainless steel for the sign shell, which is marine-grade and eliminates concerns about rust.
- Can add a film or vinyl to the surface acrylic surface to obtain specific graphics, colors, and other display effects.
- Most current face lit signs utilize safe LEDs as the light source. An AC transformer is used to provide 12VDC power to the LEDs. Electrical connections need to be arranged near the ceiling or wall behind the sign's installation location.
- The brightness of LEDs may decrease after about 2-3 years, but that doesn't mean they won't light up. If the brightness doesn't meet your desired display effect, LED replacement might be considered. In fact, many of our customers have used face lit signs for over 5 years without any replacements.
- Keep the distance between the AC transformer and the face lit sign within 5 meters (approximately 16.4 feet) to prevent excessive direct current voltage loss.
- It's recommended to install the AC transformer within a weak current box with ventilation holes or in a well-ventilated area. Proper heat dissipation will enhance the AC transformer's lifespan.
- We will provide wiring diagrams and installation guides to ensure correct, swift and easy installation for everyone.
- If the sign is for outdoor use, especially in areas with frequent heavy rain, we'll use IP67 LEDs and add drainage holes at the bottom of the sign shell, along with anti-leakage treatment.
